How does it work?

Step 1:

Completion of Questionnaire

Start your TIP journey by activating the online questionnaire, which takes about 20 minutes to complete. This step is crucial as it generates an interactive online report that includes a detailed overview of the coachee’s competencies and behaviours.

Step 2:

Review and Reflection

The coachee takes the time to navigate through the report at their own pace. They utilize the video guides and interactive features to delve into the scores and understand their implications. Thy reflect on the feedback to identify how they currently manage cultural differences and where there is room for improvement.

Step 3:

Feedback Sessions

Engage in a structured coaching process where you discuss your report and act on its implications with the help of a trained coach. This aims to help you identify key areas for improvement but also work on how to implement them. You will work together to develop a Global Agility Action Plan, focusing on the steps needed to enhance your intercultural skills and sustain their development over time.
